When my ancient laptop finally broke and would not turn on, I called and he immediately fit me in. He ran diagnostics on my laptop to figure out the issue, found me a new laptop, and salvaged all my old information that was not even fully backed up. He transferred everything onto the new laptop for me within 24 hours, which was so appreciated since I had a time crunch and needed my laptop for medical school.
