This is my go to nail place for a while. I am always satisfied with the outcome. However, Lately Katy have been doing my nails and my eye lash. She is the only person that have done my eyelashes perfectly. Can I say how professional she is, she is soft spoken , understand what you want and always give ideas to make it better. She is never rushed , she is always patient and due to that the outcome is always great . You would show her a picture of what you want and she would execute it exactly. I got a refill two days ago and it just fell off , it want knocked it wasn’t touched it just broke lol. The customer service I experienced the first time was very bad I paid 10 dollars for a soak of and the man doing my nails just ripped it off and insisted on doing it this way , he then soaked them off as I refused because he was damaging my nails.
