The store provides a vast selection of products, including exclusive brands and conscious beauty options. The Salon at Ulta Beauty offers various services, including hair, skin, and makeup services, as well as ear piercing. The store is incredibly congested with too many promo displays placed in the middle of the main aisles. Only two people on the floor assist in such a huge place and most items can be out of stock. However, the staff is fantastic and can help find a great alternative. Many customers appreciate the convenience of the store and the ability to find specific products.

On May 3rd, on my birthday, I called Ulta Beauty on Old Country Rd and spoke with the manager Alexa. It was a Sunday… and honestly, I told her I needed a miracle 😂✨

I needed my makeup done without an appointment, and even with a busy schedule, she treated me with so much kindness and willingness to help that I already felt welcomed from the very first moment.

Alexa asked me to call back in 20 minutes because she was going to speak with Camélia… and truly, they made the miracle happen 🤍

Nice place, usually well stocked but the employees do tend to follow you around the store and bother you quite a bit even when you know what you're looking for. It's not a nice feeling 😕

I love going to Ulta Beauty to buy my beauty care needs, to get my hair cut and to also get my brows done. I've been getting my hair cut every other month for years from Fran she's amazing. Also Ashley has been doing my brows forever. They are sweet and very helpful at this location. I commute her from from just for the amazing people.
