The store provides a vast selection of products, including exclusive brands and conscious beauty options. The Salon at Ulta Beauty offers various services, including hair, skin, and makeup services, as well as ear piercing. The store is incredibly congested with too many promo displays placed in the middle of the main aisles. Only two people on the floor assist in such a huge place and most items can be out of stock. However, the staff is fantastic and can help find a great alternative. Many customers appreciate the convenience of the store and the ability to find specific products.

They only have channel perfumes, no makeup from that company at all. Only two people on the floor assist in such a huge place. Most of the items we needed were displayed on shelves, but out of stock. What a waste of time. When we finally got a person to help us, she just pointed to the direction of where the item would be and then said I'm on my 15 minutes break now. Shameful! How horrible was that. It looks us over an hour to find 10 items. Unreal!

This is the third time I came to this ulta and the women working there are rude. I asked one to check if something is in the back and she says if it’s not on the floor it’s not in stock. Anyone who shops at ulta knows that isn’t true. I asked the cashier to check bc it says in stock online and she asks the back, giggling saying the product. Of course they have the item. They all give off mean girl vibes and should really humble themselves . The security guard at the perfume is nicer and knows more about the perfumes than they do. The Oceanside location is much friendlier.

I recently had an appointment at the Salon and was not happy with my results.
In the past I have used the salon but with a different stylist who sadly is not longer employed by Ulta. I was hesitant to make this appointment as it even took me longer to book my first appointment with my original stylist. All i wanted was a touch up of my blonde accent highlights. I have medium cool brown hair so I always get a cool tone ashy blonde accent highlights. I also get bangs, wispy almost like Sabrina carpenter bangs. Very 90s.
