Miller & Milone PC

They are debt collectors but they keep sending me mail that's not mine and calling me. I keep telling them wrong address but they don't care. Refuse to accept Im not the person they want.

Marissa Washington specifically is the person that mishandled this claim... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My vehicle was struck by a city trash truck on 1/11/24 and since it is a "city vehicle", the claim goes under my insurance. So in the process of getting things settled with the city I got 2 separate estimates for repairs that both totalled between $6000-7000 but when it came time to get an estimate from progressive their repairs only totalled $3300. That's the first thing that I found to be off about this interaction with Marissa. tammy lawlor is a FOOL. she makes up fake information and thinks it's legal. she's obviously bipolar, I saw all the meds she takes right on her desk. she had my father go against his will to a nursing home and billed me $239,00! She's not great to look at either so I had to deal with that too. Thought this was a good law firm, but my experience with "tammy" left a lot to desire. Now my father can't even live the last few years of his life the way he wanted to. Miller & Milone you can do better.
