I honestly did not think I would be leaving such a bad review after such a nice experience taking photos, but what JCP portraits did is completely unprofessional and horrifying as a parent. I took my son for some birthday photos, we had such a nice experience there and I was told my photos would be ready after 24-48 hours. Well after 48 hours we still had not received the photos so I got concerned and contacted JCP and shutterfly/lifetouch and come to find out that JCP sent my ONE YEAR OLD CHILDS photos to a different email address! So some random individual that I have nothing to do with now has my child's photos!! How is this not against the JCP privacy policy?... read full review
this place is bad because the wait time is atleast a solid 2 hours and it’s so loud with such a small space as well as crying babies the customer service doesn’t make it any better either
Unfortunately, i would never recommend this location to take pictures. Although the store is nice, it is overshadowed by the underlying bad attitude of the staff that work there. Whether you call or see them in person, it's just the same bad attitude which really shows how low they have gotten and how bad the customer service now is. Long wait time and rushed photos is horrible and just not worth it. I would pay a little more and get your pictures professionally done elsewhere.
