I have been coming to this JCP Portrait studio for a long time now. I have definitely noticed the decline in customer service over the years. In April I brought my daughter in for an 8th birthday shoot. The lady helping us was cold and lacked basic customer service skills.Let’s not mention the long wait times.Before my 7pm appointment, someone called me to confirm my appointment and cautioned me that if I arrived after 7pm I would have to reschedule. We arrived at 6:45pm and sat waiting for 40 minutes!!

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I did the $30 groupon deal and should have just selected three images and left. Although the photographer was nice, I did ask to see the pictures after she snapped them, so I could decide to pose a different way and see how the pics were coming out. She insisted that she'll show them before I leave. Also, she didn't allow me to do my own poses, she kept directing how I should pose, hand on my chest, look down, flowers, look at the ceiling...a bit cheesy for my liking. Overall, it's not a bad place to go but I would've liked more autonomy in my poses and to see how the images were coming out because when they show all the pics to you...read full review

Came here for holiday photos and used Groupon to save even more money. Santa stopped by as well- we didn’t use that for our pics. Located in the basement of JC Penney store.Can’t beat the price and quality of the photos. Robyn was our photographer and she was outstanding. Helped our baby stay focused and get the best family shots we could get. Just so glad to have had Robyn engaged our baby!!!
