I started my fitness journey in August and I am so happy to found a place where I am get my workout sessions before my day starts. Even at 5 am, the classes are full of energy! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The instructors are attentive no matter the class sizes. Equipments and the space are always kept neat and clean. I especially love the cool towels after the rejuvenate rebounding class! Definitely awakening after a good sweat!
