I give Dr. Jacqueline Kelian a 5 because she was great, but the staff a 3. Had back pain and shoulder/arm pain from sleeping on it constantly over time. She helped adjust my back, showed me some helpful stretching exercises to do at home for both my arm and back. Also massaged out the pain in my arm and provided heat therapy for my back. She also had me go on a machine called "the roller" which was literally a roller that went back and forth along my back. Great place the staff are so friendly and nice... I had my first acunpucture session and she was so nice explained everything step by step made me feel comfortable and I feel so relaxed after the treatment...she gave great tips and will definitely continue to go
