Stopped in to get a beta fish! Staff was very nice and helpful getting me what I needed! The one thing tho was when I was checking out the I was asked for my number for the rewards program and when I said I didn't have one with Petco, he proceeded to use his phone number to get the points, instead of asking if I wanted to sign up!

I went here to get supplies for my kitten who was 4 weeks old. Mind you...( it's like a cvs nobody works there.. except 2 people) anyway... the manager sells me some litter that she says is " good for him" no. It's not. Train your staff better so they know what they are selling customers. Plus... the formula I was sold called KMR kitten replacement milk... Sucks so bad. Just an FYI

BS ++I took my puppy here since the Franklin Sq location closed down. The nurses here cute and adorable. A bit on the Cosplay looking side. Especially the guy who checked me in so started singing what sounded like his version of "Im Every Woman" by Whitney. Anyway, I got my puppy the yearly vaccine. Petco is cheap so you get what you pay for. I was going to get my puppy groomed here but I saw WAY too many bad photos of cuts and doggos not treated properly.
