Yesterday was the first time I had been to this Banfield location the staff was so friendly & professional. Liz the receptionist was very nice.I will continue to go to this location. My fur baby is a toy poodle that is 10 years old that needed vaccines so it was all done within 15 minutes. No long wait which was great

Love them! I’ve had 3 pups & all three pups have been under their wellness care package. It’s been about 15 years and they never fail! The drop off option is amazing if your schedule is hectic. They call to inform you of any diagnosis or before giving medication. Had an instance where one of my dogs had a slight fever , we used the virtual vet they offer through the app for guidance and once 8am hit and we were getting a call asking how my pet was doing and provided us with appointments to be seen. The lobby is clean and everyone is friendly. But I will not be taking my pets back here. They missed an ear infection that we had to find for ourselves. Had to take him to another vet after this one.
