The compressor in one of my built-in units broke during the hottest week of summer in August 2021. Most companies needed a week before they could even schedule an initial visit but Performance was able to get someone there the next day. When the new compressor was ordered they warned that due to COVID it could take as long as 5-8 weeks to get one shipped out. However Gus the owner called in less than two weeks and told me he had been able to find one. So far so good but there was a problem with the installation and the unit was making a lot of noise according to my super (I was away).
