The owner of this place is totally incompetent and money hungry always trying to upsell. She just told me when I arrived my appointment that my manicurist was not in today and I had an appointment with Daisy who is wonderful at 2PM! She said she called me twice and left a VM. There are no VM’s on my phone for today and my phone was with me all day! She has lied to me in the past and just did again! She is also not a good boss to her employees. I can no longer pay money to someone who is so inconsiderate and a liar!! I hope Daisy moves to another place! Spend your money elsewhere!! The date of this review is 5/6/25. The reviews before mine are very old and the techs that were mentioned haven’t been there for years!

My go to nail spot — no one I’ve found in Long Island or the city do a better pedicure. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and every time I have tried somewhere else, I always come right back here. Plus everyone who works there is good which is a blessing. I also love how clean and relaxing the salon’s environment is.

I have been going to this Salon for many years. Maria who does my nails is always professional and courteous and does a beautiful job. However, the owner, Amy is rude and gruff and doesn't know how to speak to her customers. If I am not at the salon on the dot of my appointment time, Amy will call me and very rudely state, "where are you?". On the flip side, I have had appointments and been on time and made to wait as much as 30 minutes. When I brought this to Amy's attention, she was rude and condescending. She should value her customers because without them, she would be out of business. I will miss Maria, but will not miss being treated poorly on a weekly basis when getting your nails done should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

My sons chipped in to get me a gift certificate to the GW spa a few doors down. He didn't know there were 2 with the same name in that shopping center. He asked if this was for massage and the lady said we can do massage instead of sending him to the other store (which used to be the same owner and take both gift cards). When he realized it was the wrong place he went back to try and get a refund and they refused to give it. I think it's very upsetting to do that to kids who are trying to buy their mom a gift.

I had a bad experience here. I paid $100 for a pedicure and the woman did my pedi like I was inconveniencing her. She didn’t use all the contents that were in the packets that were in the pedi option I paid for. She slapped some lotion around and barely massages my legs and feet. She didn’t have attention to detail when painting my toes. She was not polite. It was just a bad all the way around. You can spend a fraction of the cost and have a better experience. This was very disapppointing.

Went there today. They seated me, got my nails started on and then they moved me. Second person working on my nails and then moved me again to a third spot. Nails seemed okay but after some time their top coat starts smudging and bumping up. Keep in mind these are gel nails btw. I've gotten better quality for cheaper in queens. Steer clear from here if you can. Also they don't let you wash your hands like they do at other nail salons.

Very professional and punctual and most of all caring. They are always accommodating and really know what they are doing. They are located in a very busy, upbeat shopping center. Your salon experience should be a nice one to pass on.Services: Foot massages
