i took my french bull dog in for a visit Kaylon made sure all went well with my baby the doctor came out and had a one and one with my family and i my visit went well and i’ll be taking my puppies there going forward i loved the service and efficiency!
I have used Banfield in three states, and New York Banfield has been the most disappointing experience. The medical staff and personnel are great, but they are super busy and do not answer the phones. Unless you live near the facility or have the time to walk in to speak with a receptionist, you will most likely be S.O.L.
If you have an older pet with existing issues, despite having the optimum wellness plan, they will cancel several appointments without providing alternative options. Unfortunately, this is a reoccurring issue...hence the 2 stars ??♀️
Banfield is a very busy pet hospital and it can be frustrating to get through to them on the phone (this is why I give 4, instead of 5 stars). However, I want to give recognition to some of the staff there with whom I have interacted, who had been amazing! Liz (the technician), Liz (the receptionist), and Shelly have always been so kind and caring, who go above and beyond for my cats. I love these ladies and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.
