Very clean and neat. Friendly staff and the owner, Henry, is present and helpful every day! It’s practically his home. He’s constantly upgrading the equipment and improving the space, many times according to customer feedback. My husband and I have been members since 2011! ?

It's a great weight lifting gym. They also have some good cardio machines. Open 24/7 so you can fit workouts into your schedule. I've tried other gyms, and this one is by far the best. The atmosphere also helps you to get into and stay in your workout mode. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged here, either. The cost is affordable. I have been a member for over a year. I recommend this gym all the time.

Best 24/7 gym in the area. Gym has plenty of cardio and weight lifting equipment. Staff keeps the gym clean, neat and orderly. Free wifi is great for listening to pandora or watching Netflix while you bike, walk or run. The one con is that they lack a shower facility.
