They don‘t update you if it will take longer so I just waited for 55 for the actual appointment. My appointment was supposed to be at 7 and they made me wait until 7:55. They do the nails nice but the service is still bad. They won‘t even offer you water while you wait.

My wonderful mom took me there I hade an wonderful experience at this nail Solan I hade the best time there my nails look fantastic I would love to go there again my nail tech was Mike I’m definitely going back there 😻

If you made an appointment for 5 PM, don’t expect to leave any earlier than 8:30 PM. They make you wait for hours, and random older woman come in and shove their nails in Juju’s face, saying “Juju my nail is broken!”, and next thing you know, she takes them first and pushes you to the side. Either come at the earliest crack of dawn when they first open and are empty, or don’t come at all unless you’re feisty enough to make a scene and make her take you first. Tina is terrible at designs (you don’t want to go to anyone else but juju herself). I bring my own materials because they aren’t sanitary, they use the same tools for every client without sterilization....read full review
