Do not go there , customer service is 0 . All they care about is money , they always want you to pick higher services and they are not even doing a good job . It’s time for my black people ( Haitian , Jamaican etc ) to open more nail salons in New York . Back home 🇭🇹 I never had issues getting great services for my nails . Same thing when I visit other Caribbean Islands . If you know you know !

DO NOT come here for a Brazilian wax. Besides the fact it’s actually about $5 or so more than most nail and threading salons, I’m sitting here staring at the celling light as this elder woman is struggling to do a very basic wax clean up and it’s very clear she has NO clue what to do. Going over and over the same areas which I’m sure I’m going to feel later, doing very small pieces at a time because obviously skill is lacked, not even picking hair up with the waxing strip… I’m very close to just finishing it myself.

No big deal I guess, not like I need that area or anything. As long as they make money I suppose.

I have tried to give this place a chance several times bc it's across the street from where I live ,but I'm done. Lousy customer service and mediocre outcome with my nails. Don't waste your time and money
