Friendly and took the time to explain the scope of work and plan. Other service providers would bill ahead of time on padded estimations and if they ran under they would pocket the excess. With Ringwood, they provided detailed parts list and cost at the end of the job along with an accurate accounting of hours. They did the work I requested well and added handy features i did not think of. I would recommend their services.
