Mark is a good guy and cares about his customers. He provides an important service and does a good job. He fit me in within a week and was polite and friendly. Not to mention, he's pretty impressive with a shovel!

Mark and his grandson came out to pump the septics at my house and a rental I own. They seemed to spend the time to really look down the opening and pumped out what needed to be pumped out. I made the appointment over the phone in advance. He showed up on time. No complaints. Not pushy about getting septic pumped every two years (like Gaggle does). 3-4 years works for 1-2 people households.

Mark’s sage observation that there was a dip in my service line provided to be spot-on. Subsequent excavation revealed a large rock ontop of it.This solved a decade of speculation and worry about weird system behavior. He figured it out in minutes. His advice is absolutely priceless.
