Had mold due to a leak in the bathroom and living room. They quickly assessed and resolved all issues. Removed, remediated, and replaced all damaged equipment. Hassle-free job.

Gotham Builders of NY is OUTSTANDING. If you need a new bathroom, kitchen or any renovation, don’t hesitate to hire this amazing company. Their prices are just right and they deliver remarkable services ON Time. Their plumbers, electricians, carpenters, floor installers, painters, construction helpers are excellent. They go in any neighborhood and all boroughs, As a Brooklynite, that’s a tremendously pleasing fact. I recently had them elevate my plumbing and they installed a state of the art kitchen and two fabulous bathrooms. I had extensive water damage in my house. (Three floors). Gregory from Gotham called me on a Sunday! He walked me through a very stressful situation and helped make it much less chaotic. I'm so glad I chose this company. The teams he sent were first rate and went above and beyond in all aspects. Cat was very accessible for design suggestions. Alberto and his team did excellent work and were prompt, polite and clean. Jorge's tile job in the bathroom exceeded my expectations. The detail in the new wood floors made them look better than the original , thanks to Paul and his workers. I am so pleased with the job Gotham did and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future.

Luis has been wonderful throughout the renovation process. He helped us from the start of our gut apartment renovation including getting board approval through to the end. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout. The quality of the work, from plumbing and electrical to trim, cabinets, and everything else in between was excellent. Luis listened to our ideas and hopes and helped us to get them done. He really knows his stuff and we recommend him highly. If there was a way for us to give him a sixth star, we would. We were so happy to have found Gotham Builders after being disappointed with our insurance company's pick who backed out after accepting the job. We had a huge hole in our bedroom ceiling directly under the attic...yikes!! After finding Gotham eventually they worked out the final details with our insurance company and it was smooth sailing after that. The crew did a great job and we were extremely pleased with the results. The office assistant Jasmine was also very helpful and also aided us with the replacement of a new ceiling fan as the original was damaged. An all-round great experience.

We had a flood in our basement and Gotham took care of EVERYTHING for us. They worked with our home owners insurance and did a total Reno on our basement. Jackie was so helpful with helping me achieve the look I wanted for my basement and Charlie and Lee did all the basement construction so beautifully and neatly and efficiently. They’re true craftsmen who take pride in the work they’re doing. Gotham is extremely professional and know this business so well. It’s been so easy to work with them

Our house caught fire and we struggled a lot finding good construction company who can build our home as their own. After many research Gotham builder caught our eyes and we went with the that company. Gregory is the first person whom we met with and in our first meet, he made us feel that we are in good hands in this devastating time. He helped us from getting permit, electrician, plumber, dealing with our insurance to give us more fund to build our home and also gave us ideas when we are confused in selecting materials for house. He was very patient with us. Till now he has always listened to us. He also introduced us to project manager Kat who is also very nice. His team are very hardworking as well. Attached are the pictures so far done. We will update complete pictures of our house once done.
