I am writing to let you know that you have an exceptional employee by the name of Vladimir.
I had been experiencing boiler issues for a few weeks when I contacted AF Plumbing in Freeport one morning on my way to work. At the time, I did not know the part number for the specific component I needed. Vladimir kindly offered to have me send pictures of the parts, and he was able to identify them and place them on hold for me to pick up after work.

Just bought my first home in Freeport and you earned a customer for life today. Just needed to replace a kitchen faucet drop hose with an odd connector I couldn’t find anywhere else. Clerk researched the part but it wasn’t in stock. He gave me the part number, phone number to Delta and suggested another supply store if it was urgent. He also mentioned it may be under warranty. It was and it will take some time but a free replacement is on the way. That is top notch customer service! So when I replace my entire heating system in the fall guess where I will be purchasing?
