I’ve been a tenant of Brenda’s for almost 3 years now. I can easily day she is by far the best landlord I have ever had. Brenda is extremely sweet, over giving, never gives me a hard time, always looks out for me, has a very well-versed breadth of knowledge of the industry, and is very responsive.

With her incredibly busy schedule, from running her business to at times looking after foster children, it really amazes me how much she caters to my every need and makes my living experience feel comfortable and enjoyable.
