Del sold me the house Lewis coordinated the process all I had to do was sit back and wait for it to be finished. Really if it wasn’t for these guys and their connections I probably wouldn’t have a house on my land right now. It was a hassle with the building department, but lewis wouldn’t take no for an answer. Del even went as far as to pull the permit for me. They called all the utilities and set up my accounts. Literally all I did was answer the phone. If you’re looking for a new house with a less stressful situation than a stick built call these people.
