The adult Hayastan Grappling is phenomenal with no egos and instruction for all levels. You can go in day 1 and expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Rolling partners are all great and respectful with no one looking to prove themselves or injure. Classes are the perfect length of time to prevent over-training and learning too much that you cannot retain anything the next class

As for the kids classes they are awesome. Both daughters have gained a lot of confidence in being aware of their bodies as well as being able to psychologically confident. Both kids love going and rarely do I have to push them to get ready. The programs for the kids are a little bit of everything from traditional karate to kickboxing and grappling.“
