“Great first hair salon experience. Absolutely loved the cut. I was grateful that Joyce was willing to work with my thick hair. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and explained the details. She was personable and friendly and /open/, which I certainly appreciated. The salon was well lit and seemed clean and organized. I was called back diligently when I left a phone message. And she wasn't pushy. She didn't try to sell me products or a particular haircut. She was a little late to the appointment, but I understand that life happens. She was professional, and thorough, and for me, even the brushing was painless. A big thank you to Joyce Knuth, because every time I look in the mirror, I love the cut all over again. She literally nailed it on the head. (Pun intended.) Like, literally my dream hairstyle. And the prices were well appropriate, too. Would definitely come here again.“
