I went to visit the Frankfort location with my sister. We were greeted by Lance. He listened and answered our questions. He proceeded to show us the homes that best matched my needs. Although we aren't building for a few years, we were explained the process with no pressure. I will be back with my husband to show him my favorite models.

I've worked with Clayton Homes of Frankfort, NY twice now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Peter Ryan was excellent to work with and walked me through each step of the designing process. He has patience! And Matt Bushey was able to provide the answers to all my technical and build questions. A great team. We are having to part with our beautiful Ritz Craft home for something smaller but the downsize is going to be just as great. The Ritz Craft quality made our house really hold its value and it sold in less than 48 hours. If you are looking for knowledgeable, personable staff to work with and a quality home you must give Clayton Homes of Frankfort a try.
