We all love our pets. As such, we are susceptible to being taken advantage of by veterinarians who see our pets as income streams. The buck STOPS with Dr. Luckow. His experience, kindness, compassion and understanding of our family's needs were immediately evident. He listened, examined our Lulu and rendered practical advise devoid from recommendations for expensive tests which were without treatment or cure benefits. I don't care how far you have to drive, this is the vet to care for your pets!

Dr Luckow and his staff are caring, courteous and genuine. For any issues with your animal the team works to isolate and treat the issue as quickly, safely and effectively as possible. While vet costs are not inexpensive they are not out to ‘soak’ anyone for any unnecessary costs. They are extremely personal, understanding and supportive in emergency and terminal cases. With so many vet practices out who are more about the business of vet medicine versus the practice of vet medicine, Dr. Luckow has a very refreshing small town old school caring mentality and is a consummate professional in all ways. Dr. Luckow and his staff are absolutely amazing! We are new to the area and saw the office recommended in a lot of local Facebook groups. Dr. Luckow is very patient, super personable, and truly cares. He takes time to explain everything and doesn’t push unnecessary exams or shots. Prices are very reasonable with no hidden fees. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Max and Missy had a great visit, thank you!
