Very slow and poor communication
We’ve been a client for 10+ years. The last couple years the responsiveness has dropped to nothing. We send multiple phone calls and emails with absolutely no response.They have seriously hurt our business by missing every deadline we’ve had I the last two years. Stay clear of this company. They clearly have no interest in customer service any longer.
