I told her I had a lot of hair, she told me over the phone not worry I'll book you at the end of my day so we don't have to rush, that put me at ease since I really didn't know what I wanted. I came in desperately needing a change after a very tuff year and to finally do something for myself. Angela erased all my doubts and fears I had about my hair!!!
