Loved Dr Ludlow. His billing staff requires education though. When a patient states that they want to pay for a contact exam out of pocket, and then the billing dept sends an invoice to insurance, not listening to the patient, arguments start. If you do not listen to patients and understand how billing providers work, then please find a new job.
All the staff were super nice, they even let me take my own frames and put in my new prescription and was told to wait about two weeks but was in a week early I was happy with how fast they got here and I can finally see 10/10 would recommend and their prices are not bad at all
Brian from power zone is one of the best in the store. He always takes the time to help me no matter what he’s doing. I collect baseball cards and if there aren’t any on the shelves I ask him if he can look and see if there are any in the back and without question he always goes to look and unlike others there he actually looks and pulls them out for me even though he doesn’t work in the toy section again Brian is the best associate.
