I started working with Dr. Jessica and Chirothin on Sunday. I am looking forward to this journey and working with her on my goals to lose weight.
I used red light therapy for a trial for 2 weeks and didn't think see a difference until I tried a pair of pants on today that wasn't fitting 2 weeks ago. I now believe it was the therapy bed that is helping me. I will keep you all posted on my progress so you can see for yourself if it's worth it. I have faith.

Dr Jessica at FourSquare Wellness in Forestville is great! At my consultation, we discussed my concerns about weight loss and general overall health. She made recommendations which included Red Light Therapy. She’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and cares about her patients. I am excited and looking forward to working with her to become a healthier me! I give FourSquare Wellness 5 out of 5 stars! If you want to make a positive change, give them a call.
I'm just getting started at Foursquare Wellness, having had only three appointments at the time of this review. After being away from chiropractic care for a couple of years I was trying to manage from my own resources, but I am already appreciating Dr. Mierzwa's thorough analysis and effective treatment. I'm feeling better and I'm grateful!
