I’m out of state. I called Weston Bros to replace my folks AC that went down in August. We all know how uncomfortable that is in NY! They came when they promised, did a great installation. Explained everything. And price was very reasonable. Really appreciate it! Highly recommend!

My air conditioner broke, and Weston Bros came to the rescue! Tara was incredibly accommodating and got me scheduled on super short notice when I explained it was urgent. The installation team arrived promptly, were kind and professional, and had the entire unit installed in under an hour. Everything works perfectly and the process was completely stress-free. I’m so thankful for their outstanding service—highly recommend!

So happy I found Weston Bros! We had to replace a 9-year-old, through-the-wall air conditioner, and the local, small appliance store we used for 40 years had gone out of business. Weston Bros. was wonderful: the ordering was easy, the insurance paperwork our co-op required was processed quickly, and the delivery, installation and removal of the old ac was done by two professionals in 45 minutes, leaving everything spotless. I've already been singing the praises of Weston Bros. to all our neighbors. I hope we don't have to replace our other ac's anytime soon, but when we do, I know where I'll be shopping!
