Flash days are often times when a tattoo shop can get hectic and disorganized, but Yant Studio had it handled in a very organized and comfortable way. They had sign-up sheets for each artist, digital consent forms, polite front desk staff, and a spacious lobby with a pool table, coffee bar, and art everywhere! can't wait to come back and get more work by Daphne ??“

“I had my helix pierced by Zoey he was very respectful, and nice. I first came to his shop for an industrial but when he saw my ears he made sure to mention that my ears weren’t shaped for an industrial and gave me other piercing options. That’s very good to know when getting anything pierced, The place is very nice to look at there’s a lot of cool drawings inside the place and there was music playing I really like the vibe. The pain was not bad at all. The price was not bad it was 70$ to get a helix on both ears. The price he was going to charge me when I asked for industrial on my right was 50$ which was pretty cheap in my opinion. I’m thankful I came here I left happy and pierced!“

“It was a great experience getting my eye brows done for the first time. I was very apprehensive about getting eye brows done and I wanted my eye brows done by a professional who understands my needs. Esther was wonderful and patient with explaining everything to me making me comfortable throughout the process. She understands every face is unique and she knows the best shape of brows to suit the individual. In addition to her professionalism, her place is very clean. She wears a PPE gown during the procedure and she have us take off our shoes which i really appreciate since in Asian culture we do not wear shoes in the house. :) Overall, I am happy with my brows and I am returning to get my touch up!“

“I like to get tattoos in the places I visit, and I was missing my official NYC stamp. On my last day in town for a work trip, I decided to find a shop. As I was walking to a café, I came across Electric Lotus Tattoo. I loved the name, the storefront, and gave them a call hoping they’d take a walk-in.

Jae picked up the phone and, even though he was booked, welcomed me to stop by and check out his work. When I arrived, I told him I wanted a tiger, and it turned out he was the “tiger guy.” Felt like divine intervention. I booked for later that day, and Jae absolutely delivered.

Not only is he insanely talented (a true wizard with the needle), but his energy was open, friendly, and made the whole experience one of the coolest tattoo sessions I’ve ever had. He knocked it out in a little over an hour, from finishing his last appointment to final photos.

“Our 4 year old begged for her ears pierced and I remember this shop from years ago when I had my nose pierced.
They asked us if it was her decision to get pierced and she even had to sign her own name on the form. And yes, we signed too. She picked out her earrings and Danny, our piercer, went over every detail, from cleaning, to upkeep, the process and the right earrings to choose.
Danny is a pro. Truly patient, extremely thorough, and no nonsense about safety and cleanliness.
He also switched out my nose rings for me.
Everyone there were super supportive of babygirl getting her ears pieced and cheering her on.

She was gentle and thorough and the tattoo was exactly what I requested (taken from a card given to me by my favorite actor/musician).
