Scheduling fine; Reception fine; on time appointment. The best part of this office: Natella is a top-tier professional provider ! Her brilliant expertise for diagnosis and treatment is quick and expertly done with each visit. Natella is attending to my very long needed skin issues. Not being overdone when I say she is as the same caliber as a Park Avenue Dermatologist I visited over 30 years ago. Easy to have tremendous confidence in Natella's absolutely personable and approachably highest level of diligent care.
The doctors are always amazing but can’t say the same for the receptionists. They’re always almost rude and unpleasant to even make an appointment. Sometimes you have to wait hours just to make an appointment which is ridiculous. Wish it was easier to make appointments but it’s impossible when most of the time they don’t even pick up the phone.
Came with major concerns discomfort & pain. Left feeling less so with promise of feeling more comfortable with confidence. Have always recieved above to excellent & professional service. Dr Moss & her team give excellent care & don't rush you out & listen in detail, but deliver great service. Feel a lot better as advised today. Bravo & keep up the great work!
