I would like to try this place. I walked past and they were open, but I noticed the appointment only sign. I called and was given a 3:30 pm appointment. I left and came back at 3:15, but the gate was down and the salon was closed. Since I was early, I waited for my appointment time. At about 3:35 pm, I finally left.
Just wanted to do eyebrows but new policy that you have to make an appointment ahead of time. Never saw that before for a threading spot. Wasted my time and money on parking. Won’t be coming back.
Before coming here, I checked everyone's reviews for some insight. I was pressed for time to get my eyebrows done since I had a photoshoot 2 days later and hadn't done my eyebrows in 6 months. I am very picky with who touches my face because my hair takes a long time to grow back.When I first past by the location it looked closed. There is a strict reservations policy and there are signs all over the door. After much knocking and calling the owner came out and helped me.Shruti is AMAZING.I understand why people get annoyed that they can't just walk in on their own time to get their eyebrows done, but nothing is the same now because of COVID.
