My experience is that it is a good company that cares about its employees and its patients. I recommend it. I work in this company and I am happy to belong to it, thank God and the people who are part of the company.
I had to bring my documentation in on the 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at 7020 Austin street. To complete my paperwork to take care of my sister I dealt with SONIA IN SUITE 115...She has to be one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life she was warm kind completely understanding extremely friendly very warm and kind and extremely knowledgeable answered all my questions and then some. She went up and be of the call of her job. She is an asset to that company I also cannot forget Vanessa who was the intake coordinator and Mr Melvin Dominguez who have also been just absolutely wonderful in helping me with this process this is an A1 outfit
Caring professional stood by me while I continue to apply for long term care which was denied twice and third time approved. Vanessa is my case manager and excelllent beyond words, in description of her dedication through Caring Professionals in assisting me with home care and most important I am happy and greatly appreciative of my home aide Candida.
