Austin Medical Associates is a highly recommended medical practice. The doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and provide excellent patient care. They thoroughly address patients' concerns and offer clear explanations. The front desk staff is also praised for their polite and attentive service. Patients feel comfortable and well cared for at this practice.
Dr Sosnowik is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and provided clear path to my recovery. While i was recovering from the procedure. Nurse came and yanked my pillow making me jerk and hit my head. Once I left the office, I had very strong headache and neck pain. It passed after few hours, but still sucks.
Dr. Memon is an incredibly talented PCP and I couldn’t me more grateful to be under his care. He makes me feel comfortable and understands my concerns. He offers thorough explanations in a respectful and kind manner that are easy to understand. I also really appreciate the front desk staff for being polite, attentive, and well organized. I couldn’t recommend this office highly enough. I am truly grateful for the impact it’s made on my life knowing that I am in good hands.
Just finishing up my medical billing and coding course and I must say I’m glad I chose Austin Medical. I love the fact that the classes are smaller so we were able to create a close network so that we can all pass. Excellent school but administrative communication could be better.
