Each representative that has come out is very professional and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service for rat control, even going in our crawl space to inspect and close holes/entry points. We had a very large spider problem and wasps they took care of. The quarterly service is well worth it.
We are definitely impressed so far of their service, our tech was more than knowledgeable, he represented his company well. We felt assured after he left that our bug and unwelcome rodent problem will finally be over. Will definitely recommend your service to anyone moving into the neighborhood.
We previously had regular service with another pest control company and were disappointed so decided to make a change. I did some research and came across this company. We were extremely pleased with the prompt response and professionalism. Not only was the estimate less than what we were paying with other company but they also didn't try to oversell. They suggested less service but we have a fear of bugs so opted for more frequent, bi-monthly service. We even had a lizard caught in a garage trap and they were very quick to help take care of it. I think it's safe to say we found our pest control company for good!
