Ive had one of the best foot massages at this place. Went in for a random foot massage with #8 and he really used a lot of strength. They call themselves "Angel's Club" now, I'm not sure if it's under the same management as Water Cube Foot Spa. One complicated this is the huge language barrier here. They speak fluent Fujianese and mainland Chinese.
