I previously rated this place 5 stars but due to their new practices, I’m not sure if I’d return. For a 1hr deep tissue massage, it was $40. During the massage, other masseuses arrived and the lady massaging me was literally yelling to them as she massaged me. Annoying but ok. After the massage I tipped 20% which is $10. The person who gave me the massage said “this isn’t like a restaurant” and asked for an additional $5. I stated that aside from the fact that I tipped her 20%, tipping is also discretionary and not actually required. I'm a VIP customer of umei beauty spa, and I've been doing facial treatments here since they opened. They are very professional, clean and tidy, I will always support them, they will not force you to buy any products, very comfortable place, thank you very much?

This spa is perfect, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very patient, polite, and professional, it's a very hard job, one-on-one service, need to make an appointment in advance! It's the best SPA I've ever encountered!
