Melissa was so great at this location. I had placed an order for pickup a bit late to where it potentially wouldn’t get fulfilled the same day but I was leaving for upstate and don’t live too close around here so I was hoping to try just in case. I explained the situation and she was so kind to fulfill it right then and there! I am so appreciative of her kindness and her willingness to go above and beyond even though she didn’t need to help.

Amanda at the Benefit brow bar is amazing!!! She is so talented and detail oriented with her services. My brows look great thanks to her and she always recommends the best products for me. ?

Today I went there and it was a nice experience. It was my first time going to an Ulta so I didn’t know how it worked but the employees were really nice. I went there to get a shade matching service and to buy some other products and the lady that helped me find my shade was extremely nice and gave me some really good recommendations. I loved the store and how for the most part it was organized. Overall I think this location was great and it was a good first time ☺️.
