My first experience was really good. The person knows what she is doing. My second time there, I went there to do powdered nails again and I pointed at how I exactly want my nails. The person who was in charge of me was really nice but inexperienced. I tried to be patient as much as I can but as she went to ask another person again and again, and that person was yelling about how I was indecisive about wanting either powdered or long one, and I was super mad. I have already pointed the design I wanted and still she was yelling. I could not bear to stay a bit more. I left my piece of AirPod but you guys can throw it away. The rudest most disrespectful customer service ever imaginable. Not to mention they use cheap products. I got my roots done and it faded before I even washed my hair. Terrible, terrible business.

Disappointed in how the gel manicure turned out. Not one nail looked good. Some nails had more gel painted and some needed another layer. Worst of all the nail bed is lumpy. Waste of money and I won't be a returning customer. Please hire a professional that knows how to polish nails. Also the heated towels used to wipe hands had a fould odor. Not clean.
