ZERO ZERO ZERO STAR PLS, I kindly requested that the staff refrain from using a stapler to attach labels to my clothing after they have been laundered. I explained that this practice had caused damage to my clothes in the past and suggested that the labels be attached in an alternative location. To my surprise, the response I received was, "If you don't like it, then don't get your clothes washed here."

The worst dry-cleaner ever in my 53 years life! They left big pin holes and white marks. Look at this wrinkly skirt. I wore this a few times and now it looks so worn out after the first drycleaning. I want to cry! My first and last time to this place!!!
