I was seen by a woman physician over video call who was incredibly rude. I needed to get a birth control refill and my physician kept rolling her eyes at me and demanding for me to show her a picture of my prescription even though I told her the exact name and dosage that I am currently on. She yelled at her receptionist demanding why her computer was not logged into the correct profile while she was on the call with me which is so unprofessional and I felt horrible for the receptionist. She sent my medication to my pharmacy and when I asked which one, she looked at me like I was stupid and said “the one we have on file” which she knows was taken down six months...read full review

I am very satisfied with the attention from the help of the MA Gladis, she was very nice and caring. Also doctor Masih is the best because he answered all of my questions and helped me understand.

Went in with my mother today and the Service was friendly, fast and efficient. I was helped by 2 ladies named Jackie and Janeth who were very accommodating and professional and assisted me with all the paperwork I needed to fill out and was able to see a doctor quickly. I Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Walk-ins are also welcome which makes this place great!
