I'm really thankful to the dermatologists here. My skin had bad eczema and mild acne, and both for the most part have cleared up after my appointments with them. I have had no issue with the staff and I recommend this place to my friends.
Not sure why the others review low. I came here and was seen pretty fast. Someone registered me in the room, PA came shortly after, and doc came as well. Answered all my questions. Addressed my concerns and gave me the meds I needed/wanted. They dont waive copay like some offices but thats fair.
I have been seeing Carol Huang for years and she is very nice. However, the staff at front desk is not friendly at all. I called to make an appointment today and the lady who answered my phone was very rude and sounded sleepy; when I asked for her name she hung up on me.
