I've been with Queenie to do my nails for couple of years and she's so wonderful. She really take cares of your nails and tries not to damage them as much as possible. She always achieves all my crazy nails designs and always so patient. I've got my nails done by others in the store as well and they are all amazing. I really like the environment of the store because everyone is friendly with each other. Also the price is reasonable. OH, what I really like is getting a pedicure in their store. They use real rose pedals for your foot soak and the owner makes their own sugar scrub. I thought that was a plus. I really recommend coming here but make sure to make an appointment before you come!

I have to say this is the best nail salon I have ever been to, in terms of both the quality of their service and morality of their staff. In January, my friend and I went there at night, and there was a man lying near their place. My friend and I got scared and we told their staff. But you know what, the staff said it's too cold now and that man could freeze to death! So their manager called 911 and let them take him. I will definitely come back since I think people who can empathize with someone like that guy wouldn't use bad products on their customers. But it is true that their staff gossiping with each other all the time and rarely talk to their customers . And if you don't speak mandarin, it's not gonna be a pleasant experience since you won't know what they are talking about. Lastly, their products are really good and the gel I got on my nails never falls off.

I started to do my nails at queenie's about 7 months ago. I was looking for a nail salon to do my nails for my wedding photography and of course, the big day. I heard a lot of good reviews about queenie from friends and coworkers so I decided to give it a try. I'm stuck with them ever since! I usually go for solid one color gel without design and it is $25, they also have what they called "Japanese gel" and it is about $30-40 (I guess depend on the brand?). My nails usually last for little more than 3 weeks so it is worth the money in my opinion. I recommend making your appointment a few days ahead. They take walk-in customers but you have to wait for a very long time since they are always fully booked.
