I checked in 15 minutes early, yet still had to wait inside for over 1 hour！ I completely don’t understand how they manage things inside that hospital. They take patients' insurance and money, but end up delaying patients' time.

The quality of care really depends on who you see. I had terrible experiences with the providers at my last 2 visits to ACPNY (Elmhurst and Jackson Heights). I was able to get a same day appointment and there's no co-pay with my insurance; these are the only things going for ACPNY.

there is never a wait time of more than a day to get an appointment, there is only a wait tile of 5 to 10 minutes in office from check in to going into the office.
if your child is sick and you take them to the office as a walk in the child will be taken care of, if your PCP isn't there for any reason and there is a need to go then another doctor will promptly take care of your child.
