Jenny was really helpful in helping us replacing the Hunter Douglas shades. Initially we installed the type with battery wands but after a while we would need to climb the ladder and change the batteries because the shades were heavy and used lots of battery. We reached out to Jenny and she was able to fully understand our requests and gave us a very reasonable price for installing new shades with hand roller (as recycling the old shades were not an option viable for Hunter Douglas shades). The entire replacement from consultation to solution was incredibly smooth! We got new shades installed same week they were custom made and delivered. Great communication! Ken and his team set up the blinds in our house and they’ve done a great job. Ken worked patiently with me on endless options and in the end, they came out beautifully. I'd definitely recommend their work.

Be very careful before you choose this company. To be fair, the installation service was good, but the post-sale customer service was extremely poor. The receptionist kept making up excuses to avoid sending someone to our home to fix the broken blinds. So once your blinds are broken, you won't be able to find anyone to fix it. The way Douglas curtain works is you can only get repair service via the same dealer that installed them for you. If they don't serve you, then you're screwed.
