As long as I’ve been going to this place they have improved very much. Previous owners were very rude. I’d still say that this salon is more for regular nails; they do toes very well but the tips aren’t so good. The price could be lower for the work they do. I suggest when you are on a timed schedule and need your toes done or a nail done or something you should go here.

I came in here to get my eyebrows done. She shaped them totally differently, not merely cleaned them as they were already a little bit thicker and shaped how I liked. I had a facial done yesterday, when she went to wax my chin (I only needed a few stray hairs removed at the very tip), the lady completely burned me with the wax. It left two glaring welts on my chin, and I'm supposed to go on a date tomorrow. She also waxed my underarms and did a basic manicure with "quick dry." For all of this, it cost me a whopping $48. I gave a 5 dollar tip cuz I can't afford to tip any larger than that for a mediocre job. I'm submitting a picture of the horrible welts. Looks like I have an acne problem now, and I'm sure my date won't appreciate my face looking this bad. For this alone, and for the high price, I won't be coming back. (Not even in an emergency in a snowstorm, like tonight.) Two stars because I like the way my eyebrows are growing in, and their shape. I think the anomaly is because I already had ultra delicate skin from my facial the day before. Also, I wasn't specific about only wanting the hair removed from a very small area of my chin.
