Local Law 87 can be overwhelming, but these professionals took charge. From energy audits to the Commissioning process, they made our building more efficient, saving us money in the long run
The service was worthwhile! One of my buildings had a heating system banging issues for years, which had nothing to do with local law 87. I had many people look at it before but ended up spending thousands without fixing it. The retro-commissioning engineer from this company resolved it, which was a bonus to me since I didn't even mention this issue to him. My super said he did something about 10 mins to get the noise gone. When you hire the right person, things could be really easy and price could be really reasonable. I would highly recommend this to whoever needs the service.
